An innovative leader who has been critical to our business's success, He engaged in cross-border innovation and invention, focusing on cross-border, efficient, and productive innovation consulting and implementation services for various industries over 30 years. We are privileged to have Xiaoqi Ma as the core of our team. We are always impressed with the knowledge and skill that he contributes.He received his bachelor's degree in electro-mechanics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC) and an MBA from Peking University Guanghua School of Management.

Mr. Steven Hsu has long been engaged in the integrated R&D, production, and international trade of intelligent electronic application systems, with business in Europe and the US. He has extensive experience and a successful track record in operating and managing new regions for multinational companies. He has served as the first general manager of many multinational companies opening new areas and geographical businesses.He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC).
LIN ZHANG
General Engineer of fabrication factory
The pearl river delta is the most active manufacturing region in the south of China. Lin Zhang has 20 years of extensive experience in electro-mechanical & production line design, plastic & composite applications and mass manufacturing. The fabrication factory he led was the birthplace of many of UE Lab's innovative products.
He is also an inventor who is good at solving engineering problems creatively.
