Job Description
UE Laboratory seeks Mechanical Innovation Engineer to research, design, evaluate, develop, implement, and test prototypes, manufacture, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes to meet customer requirements. Provide innovative strategies for R&D products and services, review client specifications and requirements, and provide experience/apply engineering principles for fabrication factories, vendors, and customers. Test and evaluate theoretical design and conduct experiments in an innovation laboratory for cross-industry innovation and invention, delivering efficient, comprehensive, and productive innovation R&D implementation services in diverse sectors. Develop innovative and cost-effective solutions in designing process-related products, equipment, and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or closely related field plus 5 years’ experience in research, design, and development of electromechanical systems. Experience must also include five years in each of the following: Metalworking; Hydraulics; Pneumatics Engineering; Machine Building Technology; Recombinant Innovation Methodology, Strategies and Implementation; Computer-Aided Design (CAD); and R&D Methodologies, Innovation Project Management, and Operations Planning.
